In 2024, IAMMETER introduced the following new features:

Virtual Meter: Allows other devices (inverters, third-party meters) to connect to IAMMETER-Cloud.

Monitor the solar PV in IAMMETER: Further optimized the overall solution for photovoltaic power generation monitoring.

WEM3080T product has passed UL certification (UL61010): Launched the UL61010 certified WEM3080T version.

Part 1: Insight into Your Photovoltaic System: Continuously added various reports to help customers fully understand the operation of their photovoltaic systems.

Unlock the Full Potential of Your Energy Data with System API: Released more system-level APIs, making it easier for customers to integrate energy management functions into their own systems.

[EFSS] Battery Storage Analysis: Launched an independent analysis platform to help customers analyze electricity costs under different pricing templates, and assess potential benefits from introducing battery storage systems. Most importantly, this platform is fully independent of IAMMETER, so even without IAMMETER devices, you can still use its analysis features.

All IAMMETER meters support Home Assistant MQTT discovery: The latest firmware supports Home Assistant's MQTT discovery, allowing remote activation of NEM (Net Energy Metering) and reactive power measurement functions via IAMMETER-cloud.

WPC3700: A power controller for resistive loads, which can be used to linearly adjust the input power of resistive loads like water heaters.

PV Heater Control System: Adjusts the power output of WPC3700 in real-time based on the grid power measured by the meter. It can completely power water heaters using surplus solar energy, significantly improving the self-consumption rate of the photovoltaic system. IAMMETER has also taken a significant step forward with this system, from helping customers monitor energy consumption to directly assisting in saving money.
